Yes, during our initial assessment we will go through your history and identify the cause. After this, we will come up with a plan that will work for you specifically and trust the process.
What should I expect during our first session?
In our initial session, we'll discuss your health history, fitness goals, and conduct a basic fitness assessment. This information will help in creating a personalized program tailored to your needs. We will also take your measurements and go through what a typical week of eating, sleeping, and moving looks like for you to assess what we need to address to help you maximize your results.
How do I get started?

Can I train with a friend of family member?
Absolutely, I’ve had amazing results from clients that trained with friends and family members as they are shown to be motivated and more accountable.
I’m a very picky eater, can I still get results?
Of Course! Who isn’t?? I will not force you to eat things you don’t like we will go through your likes and dislikes and work through accordingly.
I’m not fit enough to start training with someone else yet, do you have any advice?
No one is fit enough to start until they’ve started! Don’t be discouraged and feel like you’re the only one that faces this because it’s quite common. Just tell yourself that the only way to improve is to ask for help from someone that has ben in your shoes before.
